Confidentiality and data handling

Your material stays yours.

A scenario built on your business carries sensitive material. This is how we handle it, in plain terms.

Used only in your simulations

What you share to build a scenario is used for your organisation's simulations and nothing else.

Separated by client

Each client's data is kept separate, and access rules stop any client from seeing another's.

Invitation only

Participants join by invitation and sign in with a one-time email link or a password.

Access

Who sees what.

Each participant

Their own simulation, results and debrief. Never another participant's.

Your programme leads

Read-only access to your organisation's participants: progress, scores and reports, once each round's results are released. The coach's closing letter stays private to the participant.

NewReLLM

Access to run, support and improve the engagement. Nobody else's clients ever see your data.

Hosting

Where your data lives.

The platform runs in the EU. The AI models that voice the stakeholders run in the United States, under their providers' standard API terms: your inputs are not used to train their models, and are kept by the provider for up to 30 days.

Retention

How long we keep it.

  • Simulation content, such as decisions, messages and reports, is kept for the term agreed with your organisation, and deleted on request.
  • Technical logs are deleted automatically after 60 to 90 days. They record usage and cost, not the full text of prompts.
  • There are no analytics or advertising trackers inside the simulation.

Questions about a specific engagement, or a request to delete data: write to contact@newrellm.com. How we handle personal data in general is set out in our privacy policy.

Talk it through before you share anything.
